At The Utilities Board of Rainbow City, our goal is to provide safe, clean water to all of our residents. We provide water and sewer service to over 4,000 customers in Etowah County, Alabama.
Our office is located at 1540 Sutton Bridge Rd in Rainbow City, AL 35906.
Regular office hours are Monday thru Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm.
